Our Realtor Revenue Share Platform & How It Works
1st Revenue Share Payout
As each tenant-buyer onboards and begin
their pathway to homewonership,
you will receive an upfront payout upon
each completed signed agreement.
2nd Revenue Share Payout
Throughout the 36-month LEASE-TO-BUY HOMES process, you will also receive a payput every month that is likened to property management fees due to you being

At the end of each lease term and your customer has purchased the property as their own,
